Pamela White
Senior Consultant
Pamela White has been in nonprofit fundraising for 34 years. Starting in annual giving, her expertise crosses all areas of fundraising including event planning, annual giving, major gifts, planned giving, and campaign management. Her thoughtful approach of engaging donors in ways of helping advance fundraising initiatives is impactful.
Prior to becoming a consultant, Pamela’s fundraising career focused on educational institutions. At the SUNY College at Brockport, she managed all aspects of the College’s annual fund program. At the University of Rochester, she directed the 50th reunion giving program and built the College’s leadership giving program. At McQuaid Jesuit, she directed the annual fund campaign and created their leadership and planned giving programs. Pamela personally secured major and planned gifts that helped build the $14 million Wegman Family Science and Technology Center, which opened in 2018.
Since joining Empreinte Consulting, Pamela has worked with many nonprofit clients in various capacities, including interim advancement leadership, strategic planning and development, and capital campaign management roles.
Pamela volunteered with the Association of Fundraising Professionals’ Genesee Valley Chapter for 25 years serving on many committees. She served on Seton Catholic School’s Fundraising Advisory Board and worked with the school’s Junior Achievement Program. She has also volunteered at Big Brothers Big Sisters, Foodlink, and House of Mercy.
Pamela received her B.S. in Communications and English from St. John Fisher College. She and her husband reside in Brighton and have two adult children.
