Anne Komanecky

Anne is a cross-functional and results-driven business executive, offering a breadth of Board experience in business transformation, structural realignment, and award-winning sales in various markets and industries. She identifies areas of operational improvement and implements effective change management solutions through comprehensive risk management and creating cohesion amongst essential business areas. Anne employs data-driven analysis to assess complex situations and establish a strategic path forward to foster success and growth. She thrives in high-pressure scenarios while remaining adaptable in ever-evolving environments.

Anne held leadership roles at GSK and BPL pharma companies for over two decades.  She led teams through transformational changes in strategy multiple times with positive outcomes. She is also a consultant for BPL now.  She currently serves as Member of the Investment Team on the Hillside Board of Directors.  Anne’s prior Board experience includes Hillside Board of Governors – Chair of Advancement Team, Treasurer, Member of the Finance Team, and Member of Services and Overview Committee; Vice President and Executive Committee of the Women’s Association of Oak Hill; and President of WAOH.  Anne also led her board teams through transformational changes at Hillside and Oak Hill to improve efficiencies.

Anne is a graduate of Marquette University with a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering and minor in mathematics.  She enjoys golf, tennis, bridge and reading in her spare time.  Anne lives in Brighton with her husband, Brad.
